Well well well they say ‘the more the merrier‘ and I would have to agree!
We recently catered for a very special high tea event supporting our local community for the Boronia Park public school high tea event at the ‘Hunters hill Hotel. Our 80 plus dates were supplied across an assortment of our most popular flavours that included nougat and coconut, Turkish delight, halva and pistachio, Oreos, nutella and hazelnut crunch, honeycomb, salted caramel and pecans, orange infused and peppermint.
Much to my delight they were diminished within a very short period of time always proving to be the favourite dessert of the high tea event year on year!
I am truly honoured to donate my dates to this event as support to my local school and community every year! I love that my little creation of filled dates coated in chocolate is so loved by many, as much as it is by me. Below are a few gorgeous pics of the day that was so successful! Xx
